What does “Hooky bobbing” mean
The act of grabbing onto the rear bumper of a moving vehicle and sliding along behind it on snow- or ice-covered streets. A winter pastime among Montana kids, it is well known and well frowned-upon as dangerous. The term is concentrated in the northern Plains and Mountain West.
