What does “the Bobbie” mean

The signature sandwich of Capriotti's, the sub shop founded in Wilmington in 1976: hand-pulled turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mayo on a long roll, often called 'Thanksgiving on a bun.' Once voted the greatest sandwich in America, it is a Delaware-born institution. Delawareans refer to it simply as 'the Bobbie.'
