What does “Thrasher's” mean
Shorthand for Thrasher's French Fries, the fresh-cut, skin-on fries fried in peanut oil and served with salt and apple cider vinegar (and famously no ketchup) on the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk since 1929. A bucket of Thrasher's is a near-mandatory ritual of a Delaware beach trip. The name is used metonymically for the fries themselves.
