A homemade Ozark pastry of dough rolled around a butter, sugar, and cocoa filling, then baked and sliced, somewhere between a fried pie and a cinnamon roll. It is a nostalgic Arkansas and Ozark specialty rarely found outside the region and seldom sold commercially.
