What does “kolache” mean
Brought by Czech and Moravian immigrants to Central Texas (West, Texas; Caldwell; La Grange — "the kolache belt"). Czech-Texan gas stations still sell them by the dozen. The savory sausage version is a "klobasnik," but most Texans call any of them "kolache."
