What does “kuspuk” mean
From Yup'ik 'qaspeq' meaning 'cover over a parka'. A lightweight, often brightly printed hooded tunic worn by Yup'ik and Iñupiaq men and women; today a regular part of Alaskan dress in offices, weddings, and the State Legislature.
