Half-affectionate, half-self-deprecating Oklahoma name for an in-ground tornado shelter, used alongside 'cellar' or the more modern 'safe room.' Reflects the state's tornado-alley reality, where pretty much every rural house has one in the yard or garage. Outsiders almost never recognize the term.
